Sunvair Aerospace Group Welcomes David J. Fenton as Chief Financial Officer

Owasso, OK — Sunvair Aerospace Group is pleased to announce the appointment of David J. Fenton, Jr. as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. With over 20 years of experience in strategic and operational finance, Fenton brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the organization.

David holds an MBA in Finance from St. Ambrose University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa. His career spans multiple industries, including aerospace, manufacturing, and private equity, where he has consistently driven operational efficiencies and enhanced organizational performance.

Most recently, Fenton served as CFO at Elliott Aviation, a leading provider of complex aviation products and services. During his tenure, he successfully managed financial operations across multiple facilities and played a pivotal role in several mergers and acquisitions, significantly contributing to the company’s growth trajectory.

“David’s extensive background in finance and operations, combined with his proven track record of strategic planning and execution, makes him an ideal fit for our executive team,” said Kerry Jarandson, CEO of Sunvair Aerospace Group. “His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our customers. AAIC Engineering Developes LED Logo Light LH/RH Repair Specification

This Repair Specification (RS) describes the procedures for repairing/reworking customer supplied P/N 2LA456342-01.-02, -03, and -04 LED Logo Lights. The lights come in for service with the need for various repairs due to damaged/defective PCB components, non-functioning LED's or thermal shutdown due to overheating issues. This repair is substantiated by AAERE1014M which states the failed components are identified through testing and are replaced with new or serviceable components with equivalent electrical ratings and quality. AAIC Signs Amendment to Repair Services Agreement with Ontic to support Weather Radar Program

AAIC signs Amendment to Repair Services Agreement with Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing. This Amendment allows for the repair of the RDR4A/B Weather Radar Systems. AAIC is an authorized Service Center for these products that are installed across a wide range of platforms. AAIC Engineering Develops Display Repair Specification for ISIS Models C16221 & C16393

AAIC's new Repair Specification (RS) is substantiated by AARERE1018M which states the failed display is identified through testing and is replaced with new, or a serviceable component with equivalent electrical ratings and quality. This RS applies to customer supplied P/N E24119C, D, F, G display assemblies inside the ISIS units for Model C16221 and C16393 series.
